The simplest way to install it for a single user is to check out
bzrirker into ~/.bazaar/plugins

If you need to install it system wide, use setup.py install.

After installation, you can use bzr help bzirker for details on the
configuration.

You'll need to configure 'irker_channels' before this will do anything useful.

Setting 'irker_project' to something sensible is also advised.
